Our COVID-19 update

Following the updated COVID-19 guidelines set out by the UK Government on 23 March, Protect My Property has made the difficult decision to cease all non-urgent work.

Our engineers continue to remain on standby 24 hours a day to deal with any customer emergencies however, in light of the Government guidance and to safeguard the health of our customers and our people, we will only be providing a response to emergencies. Any minor faults or other services will be resumed once the Government guidance allows it.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre remains open and fully functional, continuing to monitor our systems around the clock and issuing key holder and police response where required.

We have taken steps to protect our customers and people and implemented new guidelines and additional hygiene measures.

Information provided by the NHS and the World Health Organisation has been issued to our people to provide guidance on the virus. This information includes details of the potential risks of the virus, its symptoms and the precautions that can be taken in order to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

We continue to monitor and act on the situation to ensure our customers and people are safe during the ongoing pandemic and will release further updates as and when the situation changes.

We would like to inform our customers that we are operating as normal and are continuing to evaluate the situation and coordinate official information and advice to assist our business.
