All of our staff are Security Screened to BS7858 standards and carry an appropriate ID card so your security will never be compromised. Our security experts travel will travel in a marked car or vehicle and will always carry ID, so should you have the smallest concern they’ll be happy to show you their ID and any paperwork you require before gaining access to your property.
One of our qualified security professionals will visit your home and discuss your requirements, offering you best advice based on this. The visit will usually take between 30 minutes and 1 hour and all aspects of your home security will be discussed with no obligation to proceed with a sale.
There is no obligation to purchase any of our security products. Our free surveys will provide you with advice on what is best for you and your home, and we will operate within your budget, tailoring our service to your specific needs.
Our free security surveys are conducted in a bespoke way, with our priority being you and your premises. Many insurers will offer discounts where security systems are fitted, but you should discuss this with your supplier as all are different. Remember we are an NSI-approved company which is often a requirement of insurance brokers.
Most installations will take 1 day, however this will depend on the size of the property and the product that is being installed. You will be advised before any work commences of the estimated completion time, and should any delays occur during the installation our engineer will always keep you fully updated on progress.
We aim to operate with the minimum amount of disturbance possible and all of our staff will be able to give you specific advice as to exactly what work will need to be carried out. In the majority of cases, installation causes little-to-no upheaval for the homeowner.

When setting up payment for your installation, you will be required to make a deposit upon order, prior to the work being carried out. Payment for the installation will be required in full upon completion of the works. Both the deposit and full payments can be made via:

- debit card
- Bacs transfer
Where a maintenance contract is signed, the relevant paperwork will be completed once all works have been finalised and completed.
